Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contato@houseofnobleco.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Rua CV12 qd 21 lt 19B Residencial Center Ville, Goiânia - GO - Brasil, CEP: 74.369-022.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), personalized goods (special orders or custom items), and personal care products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift certificates.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the desired item.
30-day right of withdrawal in the European Union.
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without needing to give a reason. As mentioned above, the product must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that processing and crediting your refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
